Esprit Decor's roots date back to 1972 with Scrimshaw Studio, a home-based design firm, founded by Sally Christian. The success of Scrimshaw Studio led to the creation of Esprit Decor Home Furnishings in 1983. Much has changed over the last 4 decades with several expansions to over 60,000 square feet of showroom and warehouse. Today, Sally's daughter, Beth, and two sons, Mark and Ricky, along with several 3rd generation family members continue to uphold Sally's mission of delivering quality home furnishings to the Hampton Roads region at affordable prices.
