Delivery
Delivery is available in the Greater Hampton Roads area by our delivery teams. The minimum delivery fee for the immediate Hampton Roads area is $119. Your sales associate will quote you exact delivery charges depending on the size of your delivery and location.
Once your furniture has arrived in our warehouse we will call you to schedule a delivery with an approximate time frame.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled delivery please let us know 2 days prior to the delivery date. If you are not home when the delivery team arrives your delivery will be rescheduled and a second delivery charge will be added.
Please confirm delivery addresses and contact numbers on your sales order.
Please make sure the area for your delivery in your home is cleared and that there is a clear path to the desired location.
It is your responsibility to measure any doors, elevators, or openings to make sure your furniture will fit through it.
It is your responsibility to make sure your purchase fits in the desired room.
Please inform your sales associate of any unusual or hazardous delivery situations (i.e. spiral staircase, low ceiling, steep or gravel driveway, etc...).
During the delivery the team:
- Will Remove all packing.
- Will Build all items that need assembly.
- Will Remove all packing and debris.
- Will Attach mirrors to dresser, but not to walls.
- Will NOT clear the room on your behalf.
- Will NOT move your existing furniture to another room or deliver your existing furniture to another location.
If there are any discrepancies or service issues with your purchase please note them on the delivery copy. Our service coordinator will then be in touch to resolve the issue. Policies page content. (this is directly from our current site and can certainly be changed at your discretion).
